Terms of Service

We provide project-based brand identity work and optional subscription plans for ongoing creative support. All projects are custom and scoped in the initial agreement sent once a client is accepted.

• ·Provide accurate information during intake and calls.
• ·Maintain confidentiality of any shared materials.
• ·Use our services only for lawful purposes.

• ·All payments are processed via Stripe (third-party).
• ·Subscriptions: Begin immediately upon payment and are non-refundable.
• ·Project-based work: Pricing and scope are defined in the initial agreement sent after acceptance. Full or milestone payments are required as outlined.
• ·We reserve the right to refuse service to any client.

• ·Subscriptions are non-refundable once started.
• ·Project-based work follows the refund terms in your signed/initial agreement (typically non-refundable after work begins). No refunds for completed deliverables.

All brand assets, designs, and materials created by BRYX COLLECTIVE remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon final payment you receive a licence to use them for your business.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BRYX COLLECTIVE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the last 12 months.

You may end a subscription with 30 days' notice. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or non-payment.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes will be resolved in BC courts.
